During the past five years Back Onside have supported a huge number of players and staff at many clubs across the country as well as the general public. . With the launch of The Changing Room Chat Show we hope to encourage more people, in all walks of life, to become involved in the mental health discussion.

The series will also involve sessions with other football clubs, sports clubs, schools and businesses where they can talk freely about the everyday challenges they encounter and then get the support they need.
