Seemingly over time, our world has forgotten how to communicate, empathize, & compromise; I'm here to share my own "refresher course" on these things!
We are "throwing away the casual" & discussing otherwise taboo topics in order to see firsthand that we all make it through tremendous things, we have more in common than we realize, & we are all JUST human.
Each week, we have a conversation with someone about experiences that made them into who they are, what awareness they have to offer, & just enjoy whatever lovely human being happens to stop by for a conversation.
Sometimes, I may take a week to voice my own stories or opinions; otherwise, you're at a prime place to hear about others' experiences, strength, & hope...a platform for everyone, if you will!

Have you ever told someone that you don't particularly like: "You are the reason that I make bad decisions/drink/our relationship failed/I am the way that I am"?
Well, not for much longer. This week, we are addressing taking responsibility, rather than continuing to play the victim. The tools provided will help you build healthier, harmonious, informed habits.
We all have shortcomings; but selling ourselves short is unfortunate.
Do the work suggested & be the person you & society both deserve.
