David: Jesus taught us that our entire perception is built on judgment and fragmentation but that God Himself will wipe away all tears. He teaches us that our tears stem from our judgments. We perceive the world as fragmented because we judge, but we see a happy world when we cease to judge. God’s world is always there for us to see, and there is no external world apart from our mind. Judgment is not necessarily condemnation but rather the act of categorizing and giving false names and labels to things that don’t truly exist. Nothing exists in and of itself; nothing was meant to exist separately from everything else.
We break our world into many pieces, naming and labeling them, which leads to more complexity. The ego created the world of specifics, and it continues to grow more complex with each new label. In today’s world, education has become increasingly specialized, shifting focus from simplicity to complexity. Our minds are constantly learning and over-learning. However, when we unlearn this complexity, we can hear divine guidance and sink deeper into the silence that needs no words to define it.

The 2nd Retreat session features two movie episodes focusing on the authority problem.
The first episode features a gentleman with a virtual reality program, where the cosmos of time and space are projected to play out everything we believe in our consciousness. The goal is to empty the mind of false ego beliefs and forgive ourselves for attempting to generate intelligent characters in an artificial intelligence virtual reality.
The ego uses the power of the mind to play a game of high and low, seeking idols that satisfy us. However, these idols fail, and the mind cannot achieve satisfaction. In some dreams, the ego chooses inferior positions; in others, the mind becomes powerful and fantasizes about superiority and control.
One must believe in differences and the projected world to make one different from God. Jesus taught that we are all one in heaven and on earth, and the way to approach light is through perfect equality. People like a sense of perfect equality where it's humbleness. There's no one higher. There's no one lower. There's no one more powerful. There was no one less powerful. It's perfect equality.

In this talk David discusses the importance of understanding forgiveness and the role of the Holy Spirit in guiding us through life. He emphasizes that everything we perceive as linear time is a false perception invented by the ego, and God is eternal. The Holy Spirit, also known as the Holy Ghost, is an immortal being capable of seeing errors but always looking to the light of truth. This makes the Holy Spirit the answer in any situation.
David also discusses the Ten Commandments, emphasizing the importance of loving the Lord like God with all one's heart, soul, and light. Jesus emphasized the first two commandments, and it is more helpful to focus on them. Focusing on the second commandment, "Love thy neighbor as thyself," allows for a unified awareness where all symbols are seen as the same.
Forgiveness is about not seeing errors or being unaware. It does not involve recognizing harm or wrongdoing, as it is already bought by the ego's bait. There is no need for forgiveness in heaven, as all is one, and forgiveness is unknown in heaven. However, forgiveness is essential for overcoming the ego's trap and finding true peace in pure love, oneness, and pure God.

David uses a Star Trek movie at the last session at the Malaga retreat to talk about The Holy Spirit and that it is the highest interpretation of the world, allowing for complete non-judgment. It teaches us the contrast of variable perception, where no two people see the same world. This makes relationships difficult, as they are not seeing the same world as a projection of personal beliefs and preferences. The Holy Spirit allows us to come to peace of mind by raising our consciousness to the highest perspective possible. This is what Jesus experienced on the cross.
In human existence, we don't really have a comparison of truth and illusion. We're just dealing with a bunch of images that seem to have reality, but there's no contrast of anything else. It would be like a child asking their parent, "Tell me what eternity is like." The parent's like, "Uh-oh." "I don't have a remembrance, I don't have any experience to tell my child about that."

In this Sunday morning session at the Malaga Weekend Retreat David talked among other things about that Abraham Maslow developed a hierarchy of needs, focusing on self-actualization as the top goal. This concept is based on the Greek belief that "Know thyself" is the ultimate goal of human development. The ego attempts to deny this through hypnotism, mesmerism, and imagination, covering the truth with unreal images. Atonement, the correction, is the awareness that the separation never happened. Jesus' teachings on forgiveness are not about forgiving people for their actions. It's about forgiving your mind's belief for what you believe they did.
The belief in linear time is at the bottom of all beliefs, as it is the great riddle of the ego. The belief in the body, another illusion, is a system of balances and counterbalances that are not real. To understand this, one must first test their emotions, such as happiness or upset. How do I feel? That's a very important test. Am I happy, supremely happy, or am I upset? The degree or the direction of the upset does not matter. Am I irritated, annoyed, or am I enraged? Do I feel just a little bad, or do I feel extremely guilty and shameful? Jesus is saying, "Upset is just upset." And He's going to have to teach us that upset is an illusion. If God is love, if Christ is love, if heaven is love, where does upset fit into love? It doesn't fit. It must be that it is some kind of strange illusion.
