I already host a podcast. Can I move it over to Spreaker?
Yes! You can move your content in as little as one click, while keeping your distribution points on external listening platforms, such as Apple Podcasts, the same. Click here to read the full instructions on moving to Spreaker.
Can I start with a lower plan and upgrade to a higher one later?
Sure thing! You can select the plan you initially prefer, and then when you’re ready to get more features, you can simply upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
I already have a subscription. If I upgrade to a higher plan will I lose what I already paid for?
Nope, our billing system will automatically calculate what you’ve already paid and just charge you the difference.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Plans with fixed prices are billed in advance, so when you cancel, it will stop renewing the plan at the end of the billing cycle. After cancelling, any paid plan will stay active until the end of the billing cycle.
How do I downgrade?
If you want to move from a higher to a lower plan, just cancel your subscription, wait for the end of the billing cycle, and upgrade again to the new plan.
If I enable the revenue sharing program, how can I exclude unwanted ad categories?
As a Publisher plan subscriber and you have enabled our revenue sharing program, you have the option to block certain IAB categories ensuring that listeners don’t receive unwanted programmatic ads.
How do payments work with the Publisher plan?
You will be charged the fixed $250 fee per month which includes: audio ads trafficking tools, collaboration feature and priority support.
Do I have access to the Organizations and Campaign Manager features?
Yes, as a Publisher plan subscriber, Organizations and the Campaign Manager Feature are automatically activated on your account.
