James C. Oskins is a U.S. Air Force retiree and was a nuclear specialist, atomic weapons fuzing and firing specialist, and a nuclear weapons team chief from 1955 to 1975. He had assignments at Biggs Air Force Base, Texas, RAF Upper Heyford, United Kingdom, Nellis AFB, Nevada, and McConnell AFB, Kansas.
