Women have been taught to be quiet for a number of reasons through the years. For our own safety, to get a man and that is what society says women should be.

We explore the myriad of reasons why we feel the need to be quiet, keep our feelings and needs to ourselves. From childhood to today there has been evidence showing you that is how it should be. But that is a limiting thought and belief. It's not true. And it's not how you will get to the real, authentic self.
