Today is Leap Day. Why aren't jumping over this day? More importantly... How is it the world agrees on such a day to exist? It's stuff like this that could start wars. There's no choice. You have to play. That sounds like a great breading ground for man against man. Why can't other thoughts such as this come to together as one? If we were doing the Daylight Savings Time... some states get away with not playing with the rest of us. Why not Leap Day?
