show moreMany people tend to associate the word Fitness with lifting weights, being in the gym, or jogging but in reality it means a lot more than just that. Fitness itself is a way we can better ourselves not just for physical activity or events such as sports, or a marathon but it also provides many health benefits besides just physical improvements.
These include better nutrient absorption, better oxygen capacity, better cognitive functions, better stress/anxiety management, better insulin utilization etc.
