Who is Chris Smith?
Chris Smith is the co-host of the Kris and Kristine Show Podcast (http://www.krisandkristineshow.com), which launched in the summer of 2019 with his then-girlfriend Kristine. Initially, the podcast had no specific niche or purpose and was started as a fun activity on Saturday nights, discussing life experiences and newsworthy articles. Around Episode 20, they upgraded their equipment, making recording more accessible, and soon after, they hosted their first remote guest interview using Cleanfeed (http://www.cleanfeed.net). The Kris and Kristine Show began featuring regular guest interviews, and their audio quality received positive feedback from other podcasters. This inspired Chris to launch a second podcast, Podtastic Audio (http://www.podtasticaudio.com), in early 2021, aimed at helping other podcasters achieve good sound quality without expensive gear. Podtastic Audio quickly became well-respected within the podcast community, frequently ranking high on GoodPods charts, particularly in the Education/Courses category. Chris has been a radio fan for over 20 years, and, in addition to his podcasts, he launched his radio station, K2 Radio, which plays his favorite music live 24/7 and features clips from The Kris and Kristine Show and guest appearances. On K2 Radio, Chris engages with guests by playing their favorite songs live and discussing them in real time during K2 Radio Sessions.
