Today’s West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy Podcast for our especially special Daily Special, Tarrytown Chowder Tuesdays is now available on the Spreaker Player!
Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, Alina Habba sent a threatening letter to the judge who already threatened to lock her up.
Then, on the rest of the menu, a conservative Oregon lawmaker suggested that Muslims, atheists and other non-Christians are unfit to serve in elected office; the diversity, equity and inclusion coordinator of public schools in South Portland, Maine, has left the state after receiving credible threats from white supremacists; and, a Colorado woman whose name is listed on the Minnesota presidential primary ballot as a third-party candidate, says she did not agree to run.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where federal police are investigating the son of former Brazilian President Bolsonaro for spying on his father’s opponents; and, members of a prominent self-exiled Russian rock group that publicly opposed the invasion of Ukraine, face deportation back to Moscow after being arrested in Thailand at Vlad’s behest.
All that and more, on West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy with Chef de Cuisine Justice Putnam.

“As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.”
