This Friday is Go Red for Women Day or just Go Red day in general as we try to call attention to Heart Health. February is Heart Month and OSF Saint Luke Medical Center want to help you stay on top of your heart health. Connie Wessells RN joined Samantha Rux on Wake Up Tri-Counties on Monday to talk about Heart Health and the best advice for keeping your heart healthy. Of course that means diet and exercise but also stress relief and making sure to regularly monitor your blood pressure. This Friday, February 3rd, everyone at OSF Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee and OSF Saint Clare Medical Center in Princeton are encouraged to wear red to support heart health but it's not just there, everyone is invited to join in and wear red to call attention to heart health.
