Story Transcript:

Cy: Roedd golau'r haf yn fflachio drwy'r ffenestri torwyd yng nghwarel beiddgar warws adfeiliedig.
En: The summer light flashed through the shattered windows of the daring quarry of an abandoned warehouse.

Cy: Roedd Eira a Celyn yn sefyll wrth y drws mawr rhydlyd, eu calonau yn curo yn gyflym gyda chyffro a nerfau.
En: Eira and Celyn stood by the large rusty door, their hearts beating rapidly with excitement and nerves.

Cy: Roedd y lle'n fawr a llenwyd gan hen beiriannau nad oeddent wedi symud ers blynyddoedd.
En: The place was vast and filled with old machines that hadn't moved in years.

Cy: Mae llawer o hen grât yn gorwedd yma i gyd, yn llwyd gyda haen drwchus o lwch.
En: Numerous old crates lay there, all gray with a thick layer of dust.

Cy: "Roedd Mam-gu'n siarad am y loced yma," meddai Eira yn llawn ymroddiad.
En: "Grandmother used to talk about this locket," Eira said with dedication.

Cy: "Rhaid iddo fod yma, dwi'n siŵr ohono."
En: "It must be here, I'm sure of it."

Cy: Celyn oedd yn amheus, yn edrych mor benderfynol.
En: Celyn was skeptical, looking resolute.

Cy: "Beth os nad yw'n bodoli, Beth? Dim ond rhywfaint o straeon o'r gorffennol ydy o."
En: "What if it doesn't exist? What if it's just some stories from the past?"

Cy: Cymerodd Eira anadl ddofn.
En: Eira took a deep breath.

Cy: "Rhaid i ni wybod yn sicr. Dewch ymlaen!"
En: "We have to be sure. Come on!"

Cy: Wrth fynd yn ddyfnach i'r warws, roedd y lle hwn fel llwynog yn cuddio cerrig a balod, yn denau ac yn ddiffygiol, gan herio pob cam i mewn.
En: As they ventured deeper into the warehouse, the place was like a fox hiding stones and shovels, thin and deficient, challenging every step inside.

Cy: Wedi llawer benewyn cadarn lleolodd nhw wrth ddrws bloc arall.
En: After much careful exploration, they found themselves by another block door.

Cy: "Efallai mae rhywbeth pwysig tu mewn," meddai Eira gydag awydd.
En: "Maybe there's something important inside," Eira said eagerly.

Cy: Wrth iddynt agor y drws, canfuwyd hen grisiau sy'n derchafu i'r tywyllwch uchaf.
En: As they opened the door, they discovered old stairs ascending into the highest darkness.

Cy: Roedd pob tamaid o'r grisiau yn edrych yn fregus, a Celyn a ddywedodd yn bendant, "Mae hyn yn rhy beryglus, gad i ni dro ar ein sawdl."
En: Every piece of the stairs looked fragile, and Celyn stated firmly, "This is too dangerous, let's turn back."

Cy: Ond roedd Eira'n benderfynol ac yn llygaid tân â breuddwyd a hanes.
En: But Eira was determined, her eyes ablaze with dreams and history.

Cy: Symudodd ymlaen yn ofalus, einioes Celyn dan y bôn.
En: She moved forward cautiously, with Celyn close behind.

Cy: "Ymddiriedwych ynof fi. Byddwn ni’n llwyddiannus," ateb Eira’n annedd.
En: "Trust me. We will succeed," Eira assured quietly.

Cy: Wrth i Eira edrych ymlaen o dan ochr Celyn, wnaeth y person olaf argyfwng.
En: As Eira looked forward from Celyn's side, the final person faced a crisis.

Cy: Roedd gruddfan y grisiau yn ergydio fel ei fod yn cynllwyn ymwelwyr yn yr olwg, ond gyda help Celyn, llwyddodd Eira i gario’n ddiogel hyd y gorwydd.
En: The creaks of the stairs echoed as if they were plotting against the visitors, but with Celyn's help, Eira managed to safely reach the top.

Cy: Ar ben, perswadiwyd hen gasglwr gyda ffenestri bychan.
En: At the top, they were greeted by an old attic with small windows.

Cy: Yna, daeth Eira ar draws locer a gododd dyfnu’r sêl rhydlyd.
En: Then, Eira came across a locker and carefully pulled open the rusty seal.

Cy: Gyda agoriad a thasoedd oriau yn gorfod ei datod, gwneud saethoedd yn annelwig oddi wrth ei gilydd.
En: With patience and hours required to pry it apart, arrows were tossed indistinctly from each other.

Cy: "Dyma hi!" gwaeddodd Eira mewn balchder wrth dynnu loced duwies o'r casgen.
En: "There it is!" Eira shouted with pride, pulling a goddess locket from the chest.

Cy: "Mam-gu oedd yn iawn!"
En: "Grandmother was right!"

Cy: A gwelodd Celyn, yn dal i ddychmygu lefel atgofion hir o'r teulu, tra eu bod nhw yn rhioli llythrennau'r gorffennol.
En: And Celyn saw, continuing to imagine the family's long-lasting memories, as they sifted through the letters of the past.

Cy: "Yn braf i'w weld!" ymuno Celyn.
En: "It's wonderful to see!" Celyn joined in.

Cy: Wrth iddyn nhw fynd nôl, roedd y bŵan wedi symud ymlaen, geiriau wedi cwympo rhwng y ddau ffrind, yn byrfyfyr ond yn ddilys.
En: As they headed back, the narrative had advanced, words tumbled between the two friends, improvised but genuine.

Cy: Am wythnosau roedd Eira a Celyn yn cadw'r loced, nid yn unig fel eitem o hanes teuluol, ond hefyd fel symbol o'r antur a pharch newydd nodedig wedi dod ynghyd i addysgu i'r ddau.
En: For weeks, Eira and Celyn kept the locket, not just as a piece of family history but also as a symbol of adventure and newfound respect they had developed together.

Cy: roedd Eira wedi dysgu parch at iawn a ffyrnigrwydd Celyn; roedd Celyn wedi ennill gwerthfawrogiad o wydnwch a ffydd i hanes teulu.
En: Eira had learned to appreciate Celyn's honesty and tenacity; Celyn had gained an appreciation for Eira's resilience and faith in family history.

Cy: Ar ben wythnos ddibenion trist, golyga golau meddwl newydd, ac mae’n bennod newydd am y teulu a hanes mewnol.
En: At the end of a week of cherished purposes, a new light shone, signaling a new chapter for the family and their inner history.
