Ashley and Amy discuss life in general and Amy shares that she had a difficult weekend dealing with post-divorce life. Ashley then suggests that they try one of her favorite modalities of using sound and breath for ten minutes. Amy agrees and Ashley proceeds to play her own version of a track. She talks about the importance of allowing others to make their own mistakes and how they should feel safe to tell the truth. Ashley then shares a game called I have to which involves being lovingly detached even if a loved one's decision causes them pain. The conversation starts off with the speaker providing a helpful exercise for when a person feels stuck. The speaker encourages the person to write down what they have to do next and the possible outcomes if they don't do it. This helps put things in perspective and realize that the fear is unfounded. The speaker then shares a story of someone who drove themselves into the ground and the outcome was still positive. They suggest to ask oneself a question before bed and let the subconscious mind work on the problem. Lastly, they point out that before a problem can exist, the solution is already there. This encourages the person to think more positively and find the solution they need. In 1999, a friend loaned an audio series by Wayne Dyer to the speaker, which introduced the concept of using sound to manifest desires. The speaker learned that the universal sound of attraction is awe and the universal sound of gratitude is ohm, which should be sung on one note. The speaker then devised a system of singing awe and ohm on the same breath and combined it with a clear intention. Later, the speaker discovered Andrew Wild's audio series called Sound Body, Sound Mind, which contained subliminal delta sounds. To enhance the meditation experience, the speaker began to sing awe and ohm with the tones and found that it put them into a deeper state of meditation. Finally, the speaker learned that all forms of vocalization can be therapeutic from the book The Mozart Effect by Don Campbell. Toning is an excellent tool for relaxation, and can help to oxygenate the body, deepen breathing, relax muscles, and stimulate the energy flow. The ah, o and om sounds are the richest of toning and chanting sounds, and can help to calm the mind, stabilize the body's rhythms, and improve voice. A ten minute excerpt from sound body, sound mind gives an example of how to tone. The speaker suggests taking deep breaths and allowing the diaphragm to use any notes that are comfortable. Toning has been practiced for over 15 years and has been given to thousands of people, with the intention of peace and gratitude.

QUOTE #1Creative energy to serve and to connect. And I think it's absolutely crucial for people right now to be able to tap into that creative life force within them and then use it, be able to monetize it and have it just be an energy exchange with people where impact and income can meet. And we all get to share our medicine. We all have a message. We all have our magic. We just get to tap into that and then share it with the world, because the whole world wants it and needs it.

QUOTE #2So beautiful and so apparent. In fact, my hair would be so cool. This would be like the 80s do other it would be, oh, cool. Married, I think, looking like this. So I tell you what, there's people in my life that their job just stopped paying them. Like, can't pay them, right? Because people are failing. Their jobs are failing, their lives are failing, things are falling apart. And then there's people in my life that are pushed to being artists, right? They need to start podcasts, they need to start drawing, they need to start painting. They need to start selling their art, selling their breathwork, selling their toning. Who knows what it is, right? There's a huge market for this right now, and I think we're using that.

QUOTE #3And I've learned to use shapes and things and different types of modalities to feel well, they've all been significant. And then this really brought it all together and makes it kind of feel different. And so doing it for ten minutes kind of takes you to outer space. People literally forget where we're at and it's going to do like a total reset. And I love to hold the attention of peace and gratitude that she talks about and I like to say and billions of dollars cash money in my bank because I'm ready for money.

QUOTE #4The following is a ten minute excerpt from a portion of sound Body, sound mind. In a moment, you'll hear me singing with the deep. To give you an idea of how to tone with the music. It's not necessary to follow my voice exactly. In fact, you can choose any note that's comfortable for you, and the duration of your singing and breathing is individual as well. I love to wake up a bit early and do this meditation before I get out of bed. I fall asleep singing as well, holding the intention of peace and gratitude.

QUOTE #5I didn't fully understand why this toning meditation to music worked so well until I read the book The Mozart Effect by Don Campbell, which says all forms of vocalization can be therapeutic. But I have found that nothing rivals toning. Toning oxygenates the body deepens breathing, relaxes the muscles and stimulates the energy flow. When performed by a voice rich in timber, toning will massage and tune up the entire body.. One of the simplest ways to calm your mind, stabilize the rhythms in your body and improve your voice is through toning or humming. The ah sound immediately evokes a relaxation response. The o and om sounds are considered the richest of all by many people who tone or chant. Five minutes of o can change the skin temperature, muscle tension, brainwaves and breath, and heart rates. It is a great tool for an instant tune up.
