Appearing on the Flow Friday Sports Show this week, Trudi Cook, Flow's Wimmera Netball correspondent, previewed the Grand Final this weekend between the Horsham Saints and Horsham Demons.

Along with providing her prediction ahead of the competition decider, Cook also focused on her Southern Mallee Giants Senior A-Grade team, which is still yet to win a flag, as they prepare for their decider in the Wimmera footy A-Grade.
