I get it. There's a lot of noise in the places you walk. Not making it easier is our addiction to social media. No matter how many times we plant something on those pages someone reads it wrong. We have so much thunder in our souls that getting up and moving to the proper places is endlessly interrupted by the walls created by other peoples problems. Even worse our own problems. Too often we jump into thoughts and processes that generate waves of negative vibrations that silence nothing. It only adds to the thunder in your soul. Which reminds me of the enormous amount of energy that crashes into our summers via a weather system. Learning to let those claps of thunder move through us is a task that seems larger than what we can handle. And yet the answer is always there. Let it move through. No summer thunderstorm stays in the same place. It moves away from the cities and mountains it bumps into. Your mind body and soul are no different. Exercising your strength to let it move beyond you puts you in a more productive positive place. I'm a daily writer but writing isn't always the answer. 98 percent of those who read your documents have no clue what emotions you've chosen to share. Stay away from writing and have some face to face time. Let that thunder in your soul go without being angry. Move with an agenda of maintaining a positive outcome that benefits all things connected.
