Three arrest warrants have been issued by Bryan police, following Wednesday night's drive by shooting in the Castle Heights neighborhood that took the life of Derrick Smith.
24 year old Ayrian Brown and Demetrius Thomas Junior of Bryan are wanted on aggravated assault charges from the shooting. The third man, 18 year old Deshawn Franklin of Bryan, is a person of interest in the shooting and is wanted on criminal charges in a different aggravated assault case.
BPD Sgt. Ryan Bona says if you see any of the men to not approach them. Instead, call law enforcement or Brazos County Crime Stoppers.
The shooting followed what is still an undisclosed incident between the victim and the suspects.
