Downsizing can be both depressing and liberating. If you have moved recently or plan to, or added new people or possessions to your home, you know that “stuff” can sometimes be overwhelming. Accumulated objects often become a burden, and the resistance to getting rid of them can begin to limit your life choices. It is emotionally difficult to part with things that hold memories, yet the upside of downsizing can be liberating.
