I honestly enjoy this Podcast is full of honesty. Taking responsibility for your own choices 👌 is my day to day its hard to point fingers at yourself but you can grow and move on from the lesson. The ego is the actual sickness that we deal with day by day but once you get to quiet your mind and actually see things from a different perspective your life takes a spin to a different direction.
