Prayer to God predisposes the fact that God is a hearer and an answerer of your prayer. You have little encouragement in in making a personal request, petition to God in prayer, if you did not believe that God answers prayer.

For When you come near to God you must of necessity believe that God exists and that He is the Rewarder of you who earnestly and diligently seek Him out.
(Hebrews 11:6)

Your belief comes From God stirring your innermost feelings and emotions by His Spirit and His power, He operating on you and stirring your minds most holy emotions and thus persuading you; So that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men and human philosophy, but in the power of God. (1 Corinthians 2:4-5)

The Lord continuously births faith in you to believe Him so you can know what He prefers, because it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him with out following What He InBirths in you to do. (Hebrew 11:6)

So, The Lord continuously births faith in you so you can know what He prefers, i.e. the persuasion of His will (1 Jn 5:4).

This is achieved by maintaining an uninterrupted and constant spirit of prayer, by interacting and communion with God at all times. Having an open channel of communication with God, to know what He prefers, by seeking and acknowledging and listening to what He would have you to do at any moment of the day.

Pray – literally is to interact with the Lord by switching your human wishes (ideas) for His wishes as He imparts faith ("divine persuasion") Accordingly, praying is closely inter-connected with "faith”. See: Ac 6:5,6,14:22,23; Eph 6:16-18; Col 1:3,4; 2 Thes 3:1,2; Js 5:13-15; Jude 20.

In Prayer you embrace and adopt God's, wishes and ideas as he imparts his divine persuasion, to choose his choices and obey Him, through His power at Work in you. Not in your own strength, but by God effectually at work in you energizing and creating in you the power and desire, both to do His Wishes and to implement His ideas for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.(Philippians 2:13)

The Lord created you to have a close, intimate loving relationship with Him. So He has Given you the Privilege of Prayer, of talking with Him at any time, about anything, the awesome opportunity of knowing God intimately. He says to you: to “draw near with confidence to the throne of grace” (Heb. 4:16).

The Privilege of Prayer is getting to come confidently and boldly into the very throne room of God, the Thrown of Grace, by Christ sacrifice that gives you access to where you never could have gone before, to open the door into the very presence of God you never before could open, to enter into that which you never could before enter,… Into the very presence of God and stand in the holy of holies and, in the Spirit of God to stand in the actual dwelling place of God Himself.

God Himself, opened the way for you by the sacrifice of Christ Jesus on the cross, which gives you access and the ability to enter boldly and confidently into the very presence of God. (John 6:44, 64; Ephesians 3:12)

Therefore by virtue of you being in Christ Jesus, filled and flooded with Fullness of God, (Ephesians 3:19) stamped and sealed and indwelt By God's Own Spirit, the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13), Now in the Spirit you Stand in the Presence of God, being in Christ Jesus – Holy And Blameless and above Reproach. (Colossians 1:22)

Prayer starts in heaven. God draws you to himself just to close the circuit. For your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. (Matthew 6:8)

The privilege of prayer is Divine proof that God created you to participate in His kingdom on earth as well is in heaven.
Sovereign God Draws you to Himself and welcomes you His child.
