Rosemary Franco was a New York City pastry chef who encouraged her husband to move to Charleston, SC to open a restaurant. Rosemary then went onto open a successful bakery. By all accounts, the couple had a busy but good marriage. In 1994, Rosemary is brutally murdered inside their Anson Street carriage house. With no motive, law enforcement couldn't answer the question: who would want Rosemary dead?
