Uk: Львів - місто з величними пам'ятниками та вузькими вуличками, що заплутують як квітучий лабіринт.
En: Lviv - a city with magnificent monuments and narrow streets that intertwine like a blooming labyrinth.

Uk: Друзі, Іван та Андрій, цього дня там втратилися.
En: Friends Ivan and Andriy got lost there on that day.

Uk: З дерев'яним орнаментом на краях брусчатки їм вдалося дійти до площі Ринок, але їхній хмарний вид здавався таким же складним, як і водові проводи, що із плями надпружуються під землею.
En: With wooden ornaments on the edges of the cobblestones, they managed to reach the Market Square, but their cloudy appearance seemed as complicated as water pipes straining under the ground.

Uk: Побачивши Олену, що стояла біля кав'ярні "Вероніка", вони зразу ж звернулися до неї.
En: Upon seeing Olena standing near the Veronika café, they immediately approached her.

Uk: Олена, вишнясто-коричневе волосся якої світилося на сонці, так гарно усміхалася, що вони відразу полегшали.
En: Olena, whose cherry-brown hair glistened in the sun, smiled so beautifully that they immediately felt relieved.

Uk: Варто було згадати її веселі голубі очі і гримучий сміх.

Uk: Коли Іван та Андрій запитали шлях до Львівського Оперного театру, Олена почала весело казати про дорогу, креслячи в повітрі вигадані рухи.
En: When Ivan and Andriy asked for directions to the Lviv Opera House, Olena began to merrily describe the route, gesturing imaginary movements in the air.

Uk: Вона повела їх через годинник Аполона, звернула за куток до Домініканського собору, протягнула через неіснуючу вуличку, і саму ідею досягти Опери вона замінила радісним зауваженням: "Тут ви знайдете найчудовішу чогось!
En: She led them through Apollo's clock, turned at the corner towards the Dominican Cathedral, led them through a nonexistent alley, and replaced the idea of reaching the Opera with a joyful remark: "Here you will find the most wonderful something!"

Uk: " Її жести й слова казались тією самою музикою, що тече через вулиці Львова - кривавою, незрозумілою, але веселою і чарівною.
En: Her gestures and words seemed to be the same music that flowed through the streets of Lviv - strange and incomprehensible, yet joyful and enchanting.

Uk: Іван і Андрій здивувалися цих інструкцій та її вертепній радості.
En: Ivan and Andriy were amazed by these instructions and her exuberant joy.

Uk: Але вони пішли, слідуючи за зміястим маршрутом, який вона намалювала.
En: But they followed the serpent-like route she drew.

Uk: Вони заходили в кутки, які не знали, відкривали вулички, яких не бачили.
En: They ventured into corners they didn't know and discovered alleyways they hadn't seen before.

Uk: Вони часом губилися, але в кінці кінців посміхалися, пройшовши через мазки кольору, що були їм показані.
En: They sometimes got lost, but in the end, they smiled after passing through strokes of color that were shown to them.

Uk: Їхній шлях довжиною в цілий день привів їх назад до того ж площі Ринок, де вони знову зустріли Олену.
En: Their day-long journey eventually brought them back to the Market Square, where they met Olena again.

Uk: Вона знову усміхнулася, здивована тим, що вони дійсно слідували за її інструкціями.
En: She smiled once more, surprised that they actually followed her instructions.

Uk: "Ви були тут весь день?
En: "Have you been here all day?"

Uk: " - спитав вона, здивована.
En: she asked, astonished.

Uk: Іван та Андрій зі сміхом відклали свої карти та повернулися до Олени.
En: Ivan and Andriy put away their maps with laughter and returned to Olena.

Uk: Вони зрозуміли, що хоча вони заблукали, вони відчули, що справжній скарб Львова полягає не в його пам'ятниках та величних спорудах, але в його вуличках, його людях та її радостних історіях.
En: They realized that even though they had gotten lost, they felt that the true treasure of Lviv lay not in its monuments and magnificent structures, but in its streets, its people, and their joyful stories.
