He: השמש בתל אביב כבר במעלהו, מרקיעה אור אדמדם ששקיע להים.
En: The sun in Tel Aviv was already in its ascent, casting a reddish glow that sank into the sea.

He: שרה, דוד ולאה היו חברים למעלה מעשור.
En: Sarah, David, and Leah had been friends for over a decade.

He: החברות שלהם נערכה בסביבה של בתי קפה, מוזיאונים, וחפיפות החול בחוף הים.
En: Their friendships were cultivated in the surroundings of cafes, museums, and footprints in the sand on the beach.

He: על-פי מסתבר, הם גם שיתפו אהבה משותפת לחומוס.
En: Apparently, they also shared a common love for hummus.

En: Sarah and David mourned the memory of their hummus.

En: Leah, the judge, deliberated, counted to ten, and published an online book review.

En: "Quick!
