Nb: Lars var en forretningsmann i Oslo.
En: Lars was a businessman in Oslo.

Nb: Dyktig, seriøs, og alltid velkledd.
En: Competent, serious, and always well-dressed.

Nb: Men en dag skjedde det noe rart.
En: But one day, something strange happened.

Nb: På en helt vanlig dag, våknet Lars som vanlig.
En: On a completely ordinary day, Lars woke up as usual.

Nb: Han tok en rask dusj, kledd seg i sin flotte dress og fortært en kopp svart kaffe.
En: He took a quick shower, dressed in his sharp suit, and enjoyed a cup of black coffee.

Nb: I hastverk for å nå et viktig forretningsmøte, plukket han opp to sokker og løp ut døren.
En: In a rush to make it to an important business meeting, he grabbed two socks and ran out the door.

Nb: Møtet skulle være i et flott kontor i Oslo.
