What does your new normal look like? Mine isn't about Saturday and Sunday's being called a weekend. The shift in mind sets has been a wandering shipwreck. We are living through the evolution of what used to be. And this could be the very reason why so many people aren't going back to work. It's change that can't be controlled. We want that Monday thru Friday 9 to 5 job. My worst mistake is loyalty. I allow them to bend and reshape my working day every day. I want to be part of all four corners of the business. I can't achieve that goal by laying claim to a definition I feel best describes the position. American businesses have to stop trying to fill their empty positions with just anybody. When people don't show up the rest of us pay the price.
