Today’s topic revolves around something a little less educational and a little more politically focused. If that’s not your cup of tea, totally cool, but just a disclaimer for those who may not want to have anything of that genre in their space at the moment. This isn’t particularly an episode that is focused around solutions, per se, but more along the lines of awareness.
So, to cut straight to the chase - today I’m chatting about the CDC, again poking their nose where it does not belong.
CDC stands for the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention. This organization has been in the spotlight ever since the pandemic and is evidently using their clout to push other agendas that have nothing to do with viruses. The CDC is currently pushing a self-assessment tool on educational staff for LGBTQ inclusivity.
