In episode 19 of telling their stories, we head over to Ontario and speak with head coach of the Korah Colts in Sault Ste. Marie, Tom Annett.
Annett has built a solid program from the ground up and is now reaping the rewards of establishing a strong culture of character and personal relationships.
Through his own football playing past that was riddled with some severe injuries to teaching and coaching at the high school, he shares some valuable points for any program to learn from.
