The Raising Alphas Project discusses the importance of hard work. Success comes as a result from hard work. This thought process is not only applicable as a sport analogy but one for success in life as well. Throughout life we have labels that may be put on us that may scare us from trying new things. Understand not to accept labels that you or others may put on you, as you are not the same person that you were last week or 5 years ago. Know that if there is anything in life worth having it is not going to come easy and that it requires hard work. Steve and David discuss the importance of raising the next generation to understand that in life there will be mistakes and failures. But that you cannot allow them to accept those mistakes or failures as an end result. Get back up, learn from your mistakes and get after it again.
