Much of our inner work is centered around tracking our mental associations and seeing how we are connected to our past, our feelings and our thoughts. We are invited to engage our inner world as the fabric of our being and to learn to be honest with our mental associations. No thought lives alone but is part and parcel of a huge interdependent happening that is our soul, our mind.
If we do our inner work the big haunting monsters can become little shmoes that we can have into tea. Blessings
