The publishing house was founded by T.S. Koelling a ghostwriter who worked with multiple publishing houses and saw how terrible the authors were treated. After years of seeing the dreams of writers crushed, she decided to do something about it…so she set out to launch a publishing house that would treat authors with respect and help them reach their publishing goals. In November of 2016, she officially opened Words Matter Publishing House as a traditional publishing house.
