In 1989, Sylvia Salinas was living in Galveston Texas and running her own grocery store, but she had dreams of moving to Hawaii. Sadly her dreams were halted when someone senselessly and tragically took her life on Halloween of 1989. Let’s chat about this case and where it stands today.
