Happy 2023 everyone and to start off the new year we asked Chandler Scott to come on our podcast. Chandler is known by many of our listeners and for good reason. A science-based approach to sustainable training and coaching is Chandler's main focus for himself and for others that follow him. Chandler sits down with the goals and the numbers and works on what's best for the individual, no cookie-cutter programs, please. We discuss Chandler's recent completion of his first Ironman at Mont Tremblant, very impressive. Plus we know Chandler isn't done, he plans on doing more next year. Chandler has a very unique perspective, not only is he a Physiotherapist but he helps triathletes struggling with time-management complete their first 70.3, and much more. There is a ton to get out of this episode and we hope everyone enjoys listening and learning as much as we did.
