Students at Mercersburg Academy and their teacher Michele Poacelli share their insights. Michelle teaches English and directs the Writing Center at Mercersburg Academy in Mercersburg, PA. In December 2020, she taught an elective course entitled, "The Subversive Imagination: Creative Writing for Social Justice" in which students read equity-themed works of fiction and poetry and then conducted their own writing experiments, using imagination to construct worlds that explore injustice and subvert it. This is her first podcast adventure.
