show moreA writing instrument that sits silent isn’t invested in the present. Therefore as creative minds we are to influence and empower the silent to become a voice. My father was bold enough to order his children like the soldiers he once led in Germany. This way of leading wouldn’t be respected during today’s working conditions. Respect means someone or something is greater than. Those days are no more. One look around the world and the physical act of respect is reason to cause dysfunction. It’s got to be about equal love, forgiveness, healing and growing. To show your respect means what? To many respect represents a side. You chose this side or that side. The lessons we learn in life shouldn’t be a trophy on the wall. We are to be handing things forward. Not handing out labels such as I appreciate you. We’ve become seekers of respect and appreciation. Just like we have to have those likes and hits on social media or we’re torn apart. Being grateful and mindful of all people doesn’t need a pat on the back. The word respect divides the playing field. A writing instrument that sits silent isn’t invested in the present. Therefore as creative minds we are to influence and empower the silent to become a voice. That’s being respectful without having to take or expect to receive. I don’t have a job. I have a choice. I own my decisions.
