In today's episode, we talk with Steve Barrick, who's celebrating his 13th year as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Indianapolis.

A true Hoosier at heart, Steve is a graduate of Center Grove High School and earned his B.A. in sociology from Franklin College in 2002, where he also excelled as a four-year football letterman. But his pursuit of knowledge didn't stop there. He continued his education at UIndy, obtaining a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2008, followed by a MAT in Physical Education/Health in 2010.

Steve Barrick's dedication extends beyond academia. He holds prestigious certifications, including being a USAW Sports Performance Coach and Club Coach, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). His expertise has played a pivotal role in the development of student-athletes across all 23 programs at the University of Indianapolis.
