Thank you both for sharing your stories- so validating and supportive. Uncanny how, when it is just psychological/emotional abuse, the components of abuse that you both delineated still apply, point-for-point. Your also having experienced physical abuse and having children involved make it all the more brutal. I am so sorry for the pain you have both endured, and very inspired by your courage in speaking about it.
