A (relatively) in-depth analysis of American rapper and producer Markese Money Rolle, otherwise known as SpaceGhostPurrp in (just over) twenty five minutes. In this episode I am in conversation with A Du Tre.

Born in Miami, Florida, Purrp is the founder of the now-defunct American hip hop group Raider Klan, the co-founder of Black Money Boys and has collaborated with Xavier Wulf, Robb Banks, Denzel Curry, Pouya, Yung Simmie and Chris Travis. Purrp's groundbreaking debut studio album Mysterious Phonk: Chronicles of SpaceGhostPurrp was released in 2012. Since 2010, he has released over twenty five mixtapes, the latest being Blackland Radio 66.6 Pt. 4 in 2023.

Like MF DOOM before him, Purrp's name is derived from a cartoon character (from Hanna-Barbera's 1966 TV series Space Ghost).
