Enologist Sofia Perpera, Director of the Greek Wine Bureau in North America, discusses Greece's different wine regions wine styles and versatility with food. Aliyyah Baylor is Chief Baking Offer (CBO) of Make My Cake Bakery in New York's Harlem. A third-generation baker who learned from her mother and grandmother, Aliyyah's cakes, pies and cookies draw throngs of fans. She also discusses the annual Harlem EatUp.
