Shawn is a full-time musician and songwriter splitting time between Vancouver, Toronto and Nashville. Shawn has had success in Canada as an artist with more than 6 million collective streams to date and was nominated for the Rising Star Award at the CCMAs in 2019. Shawn grew up in Vancouver and was on track for a career in professional baseball until a knee injury ended his career. At the time it was hard for Shawn, but he now realizes it gave him the boost to focus on music. Before completely focusing on music full-time, Shawn worked as a financial advisor while playing 10 gigs a week. Shawn credits his wife for being his biggest supporter and inspiration.
