It is important that women practice self gratitude. Self gratitude is the key that can unlock the door to happiness. Self gratitude is appreciating who you are and not comparing yourself to others. It’s being grateful that that the creator gave you eyes to to see, a mouth to speak, and ears to hear. It’s appreciating who you are and not hoping and wishing that you were somebody else. It’s being kind to yourself and appreciating the things you do such as at work or at home, when no one will tell you thank you. When you don’t feel appreciated I want you to give yourself a pat on the back and appreciate yourself. Because at the end of the day all that matters is how you feel about yourself, what you believe about yourself, and how you see yourself. By appreciating yourself, you are accepting yourself, which leads to the path of being happy with yourself.

So my message to you today is to appreciate yourself and to not compare yourself to others. Everyone is given different talents and gifts. To fully appreciate ourselves we have to accept our gifts and talents that we have been given by a higher power. The creator that created you makes no mistakes, appreciate all the good, because all good things come from him.
