Today we reference the 12 step concept of taking a daily inventory and examining our lives and values like a business. We talk about the importance of discovering our values in order to understand why we choose to make certain decisions and act or behave in various ways. The benefits to doing this so that we can align ourselves with the life that we desire and have true and ultimate freedom.
