Employee Wellness Strategies – School-Led Panel Presentation

During this session, participants will hear from a panel of Arkansas educators focused on innovative strategies to promote self-care for faculty. By utilizing the tools already available, panelists will detail simple strategies they incorporate throughout their daily routine to promote mindfulness and ensure better care for themselves. In addition, unique school-wide approaches will be discussed that may be implemented within any building.
