Scott Duncan is the founder of Bancroft Holding LLC, dedicated to pursuing entrepreneurship through acquisition in New England. In 2018, Scott purchased F&M Tool and Die in Leominster MA, a machine shop serving the central MA region since 1974.
Prior, Scott held various manufacturing and research and development roles at medical device startup companies in the Boston area.
Scott has a BS in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
