Coral was a birth professional for almost 30 years and is now a family life educator for new parents, helping everyone adjust after bringing home Baby. Erica is a mom of three, a family nurse practitioner and certified life coach who works with individuals to discover personal and professional potential, and she especially enjoys grounding new parents in who they are and what is important in the midst of all that is parenting. We talk through how to keep our relationships strong by developing our language skills around personal health and getting back to the basics to establish our intimacy.
