Spiritually, Helen believes that the universe has a way of guiding us forward through our lives with the help of a spiritual team. She is blessed with the gift of being able to connect with Spirit and enjoys having the opportunity to connect people with their loved ones and their universal purpose.
She is a health advocate and as a spiritual healer, she firmly believes that one must look after mind, body and spirit to live an optimal life. Personal responsibility is essential.

Her mediumship has developed over thirty-plus years and her focus is to bring forth awareness and healing through love and to educate others on how to open up their spiritual potential. She is an ordained minister with the Butterfly Fellowship Spiritualist Church.

With a working background in finance and accounting and armed with an MBA, she has come to appreciate the importance of bridging the gap between the material and spiritual worlds. Betty Shine once wrote, “It is up to every one of us to seek knowledge, improve the power of our mind, and discover what we are really capable of with the expansion of the mind, health, excitement, and positivity – and very important- independence and self-reliance.” With a light-hearted attitude, Helen resonates strongly with this view and teaches others not to give in and move forward regardless of life obstacles, She believes the key to success is love.
