Welcome to This Edition of RiversZen Today for Monday February 11th, 2019

The news of the day: Right now is always the perfect time for a new beginning. You don’t need to wait for the New Year, next month, after you get the next project completed, after the kids graduate high school or college, after retirement or when you feel better. Whatever you want can begin now. It might be a baby step or even a step you have taken before; but right now is always a great time to clean the slate and start anew. And it can all start with a breath . . . a single breath, followed by another and another. The past doesn’t matter. If your plan was centered around feeling better maybe the concept of breath is even more important. Whatever it is begin right now even if you are able to accomplish only a few moments a day. Maybe it will be longer tomorrow or next week. Don’t lose sight of your vision. Whether you are researching, adapting, creating or envisioning your end goal, every little bit will help you reach that goal. Your goal might be inspired like writing a book or a creating a piece of art, health related like improving your breath or your posture, an invention or a business idea or any number of potential options. Your daily effort will bring the end goal closer than waiting for that projected day in the future.

What have you been holding off on while you wait for some projected date in the distant future? Take that cleansing breath right now, let go of the past and bring that goal into your present day focus.
