Repair, Rehab and Rebound!
When a earthquake hits or an hurricane happens, and completely destroys your home there is a lot of work ahead of you. It must be done though and if you are still alive then gratitude must be granted to God for you to see the other side of what some call ‘Through.’ God has promised to be with us and bring us through it. The injury to the athlete has caused a pause in his/her life, but the process of repair must begin. This is where you get the grit to start the process of finding what’s wrong and getting it repaired. The pain of doing nothing but laying on your back seems so hard to bear, but it is the time to learn how to behave and get the recovery process rehearsed in your mind.
In this next series Paul will show you how the necessity to repair, rehab, and rebound after a crisis, or a paradigm shift is. Please take notes and replay this episodes more than 5 times.
