show moreThere have been major advances in the war on aging. Darnell tells us that we can expect to look younger in five years than we do right now. The best news is that this can be done with out having to go under the knife. The advancement in skin care products, such as creams, lotions, and moisturizers are revitalizing skin and skin care. You will now be able to look younger longer and reverse some of the damage that has been done to your skin.
One of the keys to remaining young and youth full is your attitude. Darnell talks about her "Bucket List" and our need for one. One of the side effects of getting older is that you hit a point where you accomplish all of you goals. You became a teenage, then graduated High School, went to college, became old enough to by alcohol, got married, had kids, landed your dream job and then you wake up with nothing left to do but wait to die. Keeping and updating a bucket list gives you goals to obtain and a reason to get up in the morning. That is the key to anti-aging. Who wants to wake up at 90 years of age and realized that you wasted the last 30 years of your life waiting to die. Why not travel, start a business, learn to fly, learn a new language, write a book, or coach a sport you loved as a kid but were too busy to coach your kids.
