something that we don't talk enough about is how much as black bodied people we are carrying a lot unprocessed trauma, and are constantly running around without support or rest. I did the unspeakable for community organizer in the last 2 weeks, I did nothing. I slept, I ate and I answered no emails. Rest is resistance and it's embodied in safety.
