More about Courtney: Courtney is the CEO of Monarch Consulting Group and provides 1:1 strategic guidance and support for protective moms who are dealing with family court litigation and custody issues. She is Co-Founder of New Jersey Protective Moms, a grassroots non-profit dedicated to improving the family law system in New Jersey through advocacy, education and awareness. Recently she has become increasingly active in her efforts relating to legislative reform including the groundbreaking Coercive Control legislation that was passed and signed into NJ Law in January of 2024. It is Courtney's hope that Family Court will one day be a trauma informed system that prioritizes child safety above parental contact when Domestic Abuse is a factor.
