The Public Arts Commission grew out of the Mansfield Rising Plan. The next episode of “Fostering Good” looks at how the commission, under the direction of the City of Mansfield, reviews public art projects in the city and the role of the Richland County Foundation’s matching grant that funds up to 50% of projects done by local artists.
